Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Chief of AI website (chiefofai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The website and its related services are operated by Chief of AI, LLC (“Chief of AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Description of Services
Chief of AI is a fractional AI advisory firm. We help organizations decide what to build, buy, and ignore with AI, and we guide them through strategy and implementation. Our services include:
- Educational content, including blog articles and guides published on our website
- An email newsletter
- Paid advisory and consulting engagements — including AI advisory sessions, AI strategy and readiness assessments, prioritized AI roadmaps, custom AI implementation, and the design and implementation of an AI Operating System™
Information published on this website is general in nature. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement as described under “Advisory Engagements” below.
Advisory Disclaimer
Chief of AI provides strategic and technical guidance. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered financial, tax, or investment advisor. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and nothing creates a professional or fiduciary relationship of that kind.
All content on this website — including articles, newsletters, frameworks, and commentary — is provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes.
You should be aware of the following:
- No guaranteed outcomes. AI initiatives involve significant uncertainty. We do not guarantee any specific business result, return on investment, cost savings, revenue, performance improvement, or other outcome from our content or our services. Examples, benchmarks, and case studies are illustrative and are not a promise of comparable results.
- You own your decisions. You are solely responsible for your own business, technology, and compliance decisions, and for how you implement, deploy, and operate any AI tools, systems, or recommendations. Our guidance is an input to your decision-making, not a substitute for it.
- AI technology has limitations. Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected outputs, and the technology and its associated risks evolve rapidly. Any recommendation we provide is based on information available to us at the time and on then-current technology and may become outdated.
- Independent professional advice. Before acting on any guidance, you should obtain advice from your own qualified legal, financial, tax, security, and compliance professionals with respect to your specific circumstances. We do not know your full risk tolerance, regulatory obligations, or organizational context unless they are established in a paid engagement.
- No warranty of accuracy. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided, and any information may become outdated or inaccurate without notice.
By using Chief of AI, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and that all decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
Advisory Engagements
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and free resources. Paid advisory and consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement — such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement — executed between you and Chief of AI, LLC. That agreement controls the scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, and ownership of work product for the engagement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement. Using our website, scheduling an introductory call, or subscribing to our newsletter does not by itself create an advisory or consulting relationship.

By using Chief of AI, you agree to:

- Not use AI-generated tools or services to reproduce, summarize, rephrase, or redistribute our content in a way that replaces or substitutes for the original
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website’s functionality

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our express written permission.
